The Board of ITM Power (AIM:ITM.L) is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions in connection with the placing of 33,333,333 new ordinary shares at a price of 30p, announced on 31 January 2014 and raising gross funds of GBP10 million for the Company
