Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited Results of Annual General Meeting

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA of the Corporations Act, Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited (AIM/ASX: CFU) announces that, at the Company's Annual General Meeting held at 6:00pm AEDST on 20 November 2013, all resolutions were duly passed.
