The Board of CFCL advises that Ms Janine Hoey has resigned from her position
as non-executive director and as Chairman of the Audit Committee as of 30 September 2013. Ms Hoey has resigned due to other commitments which require her full attention.

On behalf of the Board, Mr Alasdair Locke, Chairman of CFCL, thanked Ms Hoey for the valued contribution she has made since joining the Board and wished her every success in her future endeavours.

The Board has decided not to replace Ms Hoey at this stage. Mr Locke takes over as Chairman of the Audit Committee with immediate effect.
