Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited Further extension to closing date for rights issue 07 November 2014

Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited (Company) announces a further extension to the closing date for its currentrenounceable pro-rata entitlement offer announced on 29 September 2014, as previously extended by an announcement to the ASX on 24 October 2014 (Offer). The Company is further extending the closing date for the Offer from 12 November 2014 to 19 November 2014. The new indicative timetable for the rights issue is set out below.

The principal reason for the further extension of the closing date for the Offer is that the Company is currently in negotiations with a third party concerning a potential 100kW project. If the Company proceeds with that project, that could lead to further projects in the future. There are some conditions that need to be satisfied before the Company can proceed with the proposed initial project, and the Company expects to be able to make a decision about the proposed initial project in the coming days. Pending the Company's decision in this regard, the Company wishes to allow the Offer to remain open.

Extension to Closing Date for Overseas Offer

New Closing Date of Tuesday 4 September 2012

Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited (AIM / ASX: CFU) a leading developer of small generators that use fuel cell technology to convert natural gas into electricity and heat for homes and other buildings, announces an extension to the closing date for its current overseas offer to qualifying participants outside of Australia, New Zealand and certain other territories.

On 24 July 2012 the Company announced a rights issue and overseas offer to existing holders to raise further working capital. The overseas offer seeks to raise up to approximately GBP 2 million (being the pounds sterling equivalent of EUR 2.5 million) at an issue price of four pence per share.

The Company is extending the closing date for the overseas offer from Monday 20 August, to Tuesday 4 September 2012. The Company has also extended the closing date for the rights issue.
